These terms govern your use of the NeuroTasks waitlist (neurotasks.io) and the NeuroTasks application (app.neurotasks.io). By using either, you agree to them.
NeuroTasks is a task-management application built on the MPN (Neuro-Aligned Priority Matrix) framework. It is currently in private early access.
NeuroTasks is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD, autism, or any other condition. Nothing in the app substitutes professional medical, psychological or therapeutic care. Always consult a qualified clinician for health decisions.
You retain ownership of all tasks and content you create. We process this data only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
NeuroTasks is provided "as is" during early access. We do not guarantee uptime, feature stability, or that current features will exist in future versions. We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.
Early access is free. Future pricing tiers will be communicated in advance and will never be applied retroactively to existing data.
You may delete your account and data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice, except in cases of clear abuse where we may act immediately.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NeuroTasks is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (which is currently zero during early access).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Material changes will be emailed to active users.
